VORSCHAU: glutenfrei in Boston/New York


die glutenfreien Restaurants/Produkte die ich in Boston & New York besucht/probieren durfte kann und will ich Euch ja auch nicht länger enthalten. Da es aber noch ein paar Tage dauert, bis alle Bilder und Informationen ordentlich sortiert sind, gibt es dafür jetzt wenigstens einen kleinen Vorgeschmack der glutenfreien Highlights!!!

All the products are lecker!!I have tried almost all of them and you will love pamela's mixes so versatile!Pamela's brownie is very fudgy so do not overbake, rice crispies are great for breadcrumbs or ricecrispie treat:)) Enjoy life brownies I have not tried yet but they other cookies are very soft and yummy ,they use great ingredients.Gluten free pantry cookies are GREAT, if you are still in NY /Boston you should def. try to get gluten free pantry's brownie mix,it is the yummiest!I hope you like it.

    How did you find the restaurant's? Did you try out Paul Antico's AllergyEats website or trial and error?

  4. no, I didn't get a chance to go there.
    but I was really lucky to know about all these great spots. most of the gluten-free locations were personally recommended to me by (gluten-free) New Yorkers and some of the restaurants were the result of some intense Google research!

  6. Darf ich fragen, was du generell an Reiseproviant mit hattest? Finde ich ja total klasse, dass die da so ne Auswahl haben,

  7. Klar darfst du fragen. In die USA hab ich nicht ganz so viel Proviant mitgenommen wie sonst, da ich wusste dass es dort eine irre Auswahl geben wird. Fürs Flugzeug nehm ich für den Hin- und Rückflug immer die Salinis von Schär mit, damit man auch was zu Knabbern hat. Falls mein glutenfreies "Special Meal" verloren gehen sollte, hab ich ein paar Brote, Apfel oder Banane und noch was Süßes dabei. Ansonsten nehm ich für Reisen immer meine Toastabags und 1-2 Packungen Brot mit, in den USA hatte ich das Rustico von Schär dabei. Außerdem hab ich ich dann noch ein paar kleine Snacks wie die EAT NATURAL MüsliRiegel dabei.
