REZEPT: glutenfreier Chia Crêpes



Rezept für glutenfreie Chia Crêpes

ZUTATEN
1 Ei 
130ml Milch
30ml Sprudelwasser
Prise Salz 
130g glutenfreies Kuchenmehl 
1 TL Zucker
1 EL Chiasamen 

ZUBEREITUNG
Das Ei mit der Milch und dem Sprudelwasser verrühren, das Salz und den Zucker dazugeben. Das Mehl einrühren und ganz am Ende erst die Chiasamen beigeben. Bei Bedarf noch etwas Mehl oder Wasser hinzugeben, um die gewünschte Konsistenz zu erreichen.  
Eine beschichtete Pfanneerhitzen und mit einer SchöpfkelleTeig in die Pfanne geben und die Pfanne kreisförmig in jede Richtung schwenken um den Teig möglichst dünn in der Pfanne zu verteilen. Den Pfannkuchen von beiden Seiten etwa 1-2 Minuten ausbacken.
